1.3 Eligibility

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from any gambling platform or self-excluded from 662bed.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of 662bed or any of its associated companies.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person or using funds obtained through unlawful means.

Section 2

Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on 662bed, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. If 662bed identifies that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

662bed operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any point during the operation of your account:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (bKash account screenshot, Nagad transaction record, bank statement, or card statement).

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 662bed may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure. 662bed will not process withdrawals from unverified accounts.

2.4 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 2.5 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 662bed support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining balance. 662bed will process account closure requests within five (5) business days of receipt. Accounts subject to an active investigation cannot be closed until that investigation is concluded.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

662bed accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional bank transfer options may be available and are listed in the cashier section of the Platform. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or Indian Rupees (INR) as selected at account registration.

3.2 Deposit Requirements

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer minimums may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 662bed does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Requirements

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods.
• 662bed targets mobile wallet withdrawal processing within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfers typically complete within 1 to 3 business hours, subject to the receiving institution's processing times.
• 662bed reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement attached to the account balance.

3.4 Currency

All player accounts are denominated in either BDT or INR as selected during registration. Currency cannot be changed after account creation. Where applicable, bonus amounts are also denominated in the account's base currency.

3.5 Unclaimed Balances

If a player account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, 662bed may classify the account as dormant. 662bed will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using the registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by 662bed are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In addition to those offer-specific terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

4.3 Bonus Abuse

662bed actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, low-risk or no-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine exposure to loss, and collusion between players to share bonus winnings. Where bonus abuse is detected, 662bed reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the account without prior notice.

Section 5

Rules of Play

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 662bed Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules as set by the respective provider. By participating in any game, you accept those rules in full. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG) and live dealer procedures as applicable.

5.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by 662bed's sportsbook rules and the authoritative governing body for that sport (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 5.5 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share winnings from bonuses.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting activity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

Section 6

Intellectual Property

All content on the 662bed Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and data compilations — is the property of 662bed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, republish, or use the content of the Platform for public or commercial purposes without the express written consent of 662bed. Game content supplied by third-party providers remains the intellectual property of those providers and is subject to their respective licences.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Platform Availability

662bed provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access the Platform at your own risk.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 662bed, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — regardless of whether such damages are foreseeable or whether 662bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited to your account. 662bed does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game or bet. Decisions to gamble and the amounts wagered are entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by 662bed

662bed reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including but not limited to cases where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed; a legal or regulatory obligation requires account restriction; or the account is subject to a dispute, chargeback, or law enforcement inquiry.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account — whether initiated by the player or by 662bed — all pending bets and game rounds will be settled in accordance with normal rules where possible. Any remaining balance on a legitimately operated account (i.e., an account not suspended for misconduct) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited upon termination.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
